Late Chinese New Year Nails

It's a bit late but I finally did a Chinese New Year design. I waited until the weekend to do this design because I had a New Year dinner on Saturday and I haven't had any time to do a new design this week (the last post's nails were done last weekend). I'm super impressed with the dragon and the writings. The thumb says "Happy New Year" in Mandarin and the middle finger is "Double Happiness".

Kpop: 4minute Nails

It's exam time but I thought I would still try and post simply because I could not wait to show-off these nails! I based them off of the Kpop group 4minute simply because I really wanted to do the Hyuna's top from "Muzik" (ring finger). I know it's simple but I really like how it and my middle finger look. I don't like my thumb though because I had this image in my head and I just kept smudging it so many times I figured that nail was cursed so I just did a purple heart.

This is the pinky. There's no specific picture that I based it off of so here's the whole video :)

Silver Side Flower

So I've seen similar designs before and I really wanted to try it but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. The thumb wasn't as bad but it actually looks looks better on my nail wheel than on my actual nails :P

Here's a slightly better view of my thumb. I couldn't really get a good close-up because my camera sucks!

Fly & Sliver Dots

So I have a tear on my right thumb so I have to do kind of simpler designs that make my thumb nail look longer because I had to cut it down and actually cut into the nail in order to avoid possibly ripping the whole nail off.

So I decided to do a design that I have done multiple times and LOVE because I love doing half & half colours. This was also my first time using "Fly" from the Nicki Minaj O.P.I collection and I love the colour but it did take 3-4 coats as opposed to my normal 2 coats.

Ladybugs & Nail Polish Collection

So here's a simple ladybug design.

Oh and I decided to post a picture of all of my nail polish just to show how big (or possibly small) my collection really is. I have 75 bottles (not including clear), 4 pens and 3 Paint & Peel (two-sided bottles at the bottom). I plan to get every Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear and hopefully I can increase my collection of O.P.I too.

Brown Eyed Girls Nails

These nails were inspired by the Kpop girl group Brown Eyed Girls, more specifically their music video for "Abracadabra". Unfortunatly for some reason my pictures continue to flip everytime I upload them so my name appears upside-down no matter what.

This is where I got my inspiration from. I really liked how the outfits were the only thing with a splash of colour while everything else had this grey/black & white tone.
